Never received items

I reached out to your team a few times by email concerning the delivery date of my order because I wanted to make sure there was a smooth delivery process. I was sent a tracking number which I checked every day up until now. As of Thursday, 4-4-24, it says that the package was delivered today at 10:40 a.m. I never received a call from the delivery person nor was the package received by me or anyone in my household. I hope someone can look into this matter to ensure it won't happen again to other customers. I bought your candles via Amazon in the past and love the quality of your products so it sparked my interest to visit your website in hopes of trying a new variety of your products that isn't sold on Amazon. This is very disappointing and I hope that you're able to prevent future issues/dishonesty that may occur with the delivery company which could deter potential loyal customers.
